I applied online. I interviewed at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes (Berkeley, CA) in Apr 2015
Interview
Applied online and got a response the same day to come in for a screening for the following week. Went through a Powerpoint presentation and then had a spelling test where they test on accuracy and phonetics. After, took the Watson-Glaser comprehension test and then did some role-playing using one of their methods. One-on-one interview after that and would respond by the end of the following week.

Interview
There is an online spelling and reading assessment (done in a group) with a follow-up in person interview with the center director at the location you apply to. You should hear from HR roughly 24 hours after completing the online assessments regarding next steps.
