I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes (Deerfield, IL) in Mar 2014
Interview
It's a 3-4 hour long interview! Seriously! The first hour you watch a powerpoint about the mission statement and company history. Then you take a test on your reading/comprehension and spelling skills. Inside info: you need to score at least an 85% on it before you can even be considered for a position. After the test, you learn skills of the job and do roll playing with other people in the interview. It isn't until the very end when the interviewer sits down with you individually and does the one-on-one interview.

A lot of personality questions and a “technical” interview which involved. Spelling test and a reading comprehension test that had increasingly difficult passages. I would say they felt closes to the act ELA section
