The interview experience was disappointing overall. The in-house talent manager appeared disengaged throughout — questions were read through in rapid succession with little to no conversational exchange, making the entire process feel mechanical rather than like a genuine two-way conversation. The same outcome could realistically have been achieved by asking candidates to submit recorded answers.
A generic response with no meaningful feedback on the assessment or any constructive insight into the decision. For candidates who invest time preparing and completing tests, this lack of transparency is both disrespectful and a missed opportunity for the organisation to leave a positive impression, regardless of the outcome.
