Pleasant interview process, but poor communication afterwards, I had a pleasant interview experience, and the conversation was very engaging. The interviewer was friendly and professional, and I left feeling positive about the opportunity. I was told I would be contacted for a follow-up interview within a certain timeframe. Unfortunately, I never heard back. I sent a follow-up email but received no response. This lack of communication shows a lack of respect for candidates and is disappointing. While the initial interview was great, the overall experience was poor due to the unprofessional handling of the post-interview process. It’s important for companies to be respectful of people's time, even if they decide not to move forward with a candidate.
