Very good and easy. simple and easy process, they ask about your availability, your resume, experiences and skills. As it is a startup, the pace is very fast to be able to flow.

Ask about your free time, interest and some personal things
Casual and straight forward, asked hypothetical scenarios and get to know questions. Then explained the company and the payment schedule as well as what is required of me. Lovely company that made me feel very comfortable in my interview. Hypothetical question was not too bad, required quick thinking
