The initial interview was with the HR team, and I wasn’t asked any technical questions—mostly just about my previous experience. The interview was okay, but it seemed like they were more interested in my salary expectations than in my knowledge or qualifications.
After the interview, I asked whether I would be contacted even if I wasn’t selected for the position. They assured me that everyone would be notified, but I never received any update about the outcome.
Overall, my experience was disappointing. It didn’t feel like a proper Project Management interview, but rather as if the first requirement was fitting into a salary range that wasn’t even mentioned in the job ad.
