Terrible communication. They use recruiters that reach out via LinkedIn. The process takes weeks they lack simple communication. I interviewed asked questions that matter. I work in big pharma this is a start up the questions that I ask matter. Especially if I am working with a start up. You can tell they are a start up. Goodluck with future hires.

I had a phone interview that was really just going through my resume and asking me how I am as an employee.This was maybe a 30 minute process. This was followed by an on site interview about two weeks later that was exactly the same as the phone interview.
