Received an email from a recruiter for the company to look at my portfolio and schedule an interview after sending in an initial application. Connected on Linkedin as well. Was told I'd hear back within the next two weeks. No response was ever given after multiple emails. Just very rude overall. Don't reach out for information and then ignore them later. The same thing happened to a friend who also interviewed with the company.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lisa Frank (Tucson, AZ)
Interview
Rep was super energetic and enthused to have me move through the interview process, called immediately after I submitted my application.
Was asked to submit a questionnaire (which bordered on unprofessional in my opinion) and video introduction.
Was told they'd reach back out by end of week.
I circled back.
Never heard back.
It's fine to move onto other candidates.
That's all interview processes.
In this job market, I'd be nice to see an employer promptly communicate with candidates.
