Lisa & Leroy interview questions

Austin did the phone interview that took about 10 mins and she set up a face-to-face at their office. The interviewers were 4 people (every single of them white.) First, there was a warm-up conversation. They began talking about random stuff such as How's it going? Where are you from? What are your interests? - very casual. Then Lisa entered into the room about 5 mins in and everyone started asking questions left and right. I think they were not well organized as if they didn't know who was in charge. It was clear that there was no any leader. After the interview I sent a follow up e-mail which they replied and I quote "We will be in touch soon." Guess what? That was over a month ago. If the answer was "no" just say it. Nope! They did not. To this day, I still don't know what their decision is and why.
