The interview was quite nice and was conducted by a lady in marketing since the HR person was away. Nonetheless, it was a pleasant process even with COVID-19 distancing measures in progress. The first bit was I had to respond to two 'fake' complaints as the role was around responding to customers over social media. The interviewer gave me 15-20 minutes and left the room while I did this then returned to ask a few interview questions.
