I applied for the Lead Designer role at Live Art on the 25th of October on LinkedIn and was contacted the next day. I had the interview and at the end, I was told that they were going to get back to me in the next couple of days. However, to this day, I haven't been contacted with negative or positive feedback. No respect for the candidates.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Live Art (New York, NY) in Jun 2021
Interview
The process consisted of 3 interviews. I first met with HR, then who would be my reporting supervisor and then upper leadership. Conversational, warm and inviting in tone. Answered all of my questions.

Question 1
Describe my work history, skills, challenges overcome, why I want to be a part of the organization
Was ghosted after first interview. Followed up multiple time to get update on where they were in the process and didn't even get a courtesy response from the HR lead.
