Living Classrooms Foundation interview questions

When initially interviewed, it was a 2-step process. There was an interview as a meet and greet then the presentation of a lesson plan with a group of students. It provided an opportunity to learn what I was capable of doing and allowing students to have some stake in who would be their teacher.
