The interview was very basic and I was asked just the general questions . There was nothing too complicated about the interview. The interviewer called on time for my phone interview and she was very nice and pleasant.

Interview
First step is interview with managers. If you pass the interview, they make you take a drug test and if you pass that, you basically got the job. It usually takes about a week or two for them to review and decide. You should receive an email with the results (if you passed or not), and answer all calls from either 877 or 714. Usually where they call from.

Interview
They previously only accepted new applicants through temp agency, I applied through a recruiter. Attended a group interview done by the Call Center Director Sharon Watson (wonderful, motivational, hard working women). After the group interview, I believe you were called back by the recruiter if you were hired. 3 week training and then you start work not knowing anything you really need to know.
