Apply online. Interview in person. 1hr long. 50 min normal interview questions based on your experience. 10 min presentation of pre prepared task. Task: "Please present your thoughts and ideas on the following questions for no longer than 10 minutes – it is essential that you stick to the time limit: “An area is wanting to think about what their Big Local legacy might be, how would you support them to consider this? Recognising that all areas are at different stages of their Big Local journey what support - both from Local Trust and externally - might be relevant to support areas thinking about their legacy?” (There is no specified format for the presentation – you may use slides if you wish, but you definitely don’t need to if you prefer to just present verbally or use handouts.)"
