Localytics interview questions

Short at home coding exercise and in person interview. Pair programming exercise with one engineer and some whiteboard design sessions with others. Interviewed here twice, was rejected the first time because "we liked you but you wouldn't learn the language fast enough." Fast forward a few years, I learned that language at another job. This time I was rejected because "The team felt you didn't know any more than they did." They're far too picky and don't know how to hire, you'll just waste your time so don't bother.

Bland phone screen with TA. Then a f2f with the fairly new CRO Marty Siewert who did not show up to our first meeting and then bailed last minute without notifying myself nor following up to apologize. Apparently, though Localytics has tried to turn the corner with both the company, sales, and cultural issues with a new CEO and CRO it's just more of the same that led them from a rising star in tech to burned out company that wont receive further VC monies or exit.
