Interview
The interview process is not intense. You do a phone screen and then go in for an interview. It is not intimidating, just be prepared for situation based questions. Make sure you dress professionally and come prepared. It's like any other interview you would prep and practice for.
Very simple. 2 rounds, one with an actuary on the team, and the other with the lead actuary. All behavioral questions, nothing technical. Communication was very smooth, fast, and very organized process
