The interviewer kept calling me with an unknown number, so I didn't answer. Then they sent me an email to book an interview, they were very insistent. The first interview was on the phone, only 10 minutes.

Interview
The interview process took three weeks overall, from the pre-screening call to the job offer. Every person I met through each stage made me feel at ease. Each interview felt like a natural conversation, and you get a lot of support from Talent Acquisition to best prepare for each stage. Communication was very smooth and I never waited long to hear feedback from each interview.

The primary focus of questions was "why sales", "why Lodgify", "why SDR". I also had a language assessment to do too, and role-play as an SDR.
