They are VisualDx now. Interviewed with 4 pairs of people and VP of area for about 1/2 day early in 2019. Interviews went well, they were pretty free form, one over lunch. Everyone very nice, professional and seemed like a nice place. VP who was my contact was slow to contact me after, realize now this was a bad sign but they said they had other candidates so I didn't want to appear brash. After a few emails and attempts had two follow up calls with the VP where he said I was the most qualified candidate and we agreed we should move forward. To make sure everything was transparent I disclosed my current salary expressing that I was not looking for a number and that the salary they offer should be commensurate with the responsibilities of the position. VP didn't seem to have any issues and said to expect a call or email on Tuesday of next week with offer and to have references ready as that was a requirement. Tuesday came and went, waited two more days to contact VP who said not to worry, he'd just been busy, everything was on track. Never heard from them again, I was ghosted. Writing this now because today had lunch with a friend who described the same exact process and result with them, right down to "have your references ready". Might be an ok company but not very good to potential hires, don't expect a call back if they ask you to get your references ready.
