Interview
Applied online and they reached out in a few days to schedule an interview. The interview was 3 people, including the President (CEO?). The interview wasn't hard, but he seemed like he had places he would rather be. He also went off on a strange line of questions which led me to believe he was using that time to scope out a possible business transaction for their company.
The other two people were nice, pretty normal questions. Some technical, many about how you deal with different situations, tasks, prioritize, etc.
We hung up on pleasantries and I never heard from them again. Not surprising.

Interview
Took a long time to get a response. Then there was a phone screening with very general questions, followed by a group interview. They asked for references, then I heard nothing at all.

Question 1
How do you troubleshoot? How do you resolve conflict? Are you a computer person? Very general questions.
Fairly well organized. One of them was late to the meeting by almost ten minutes. Friendly atmosphere, building was run down. Computers were ancient-looking clones. Looked like they'd only recently gotten flat screen monitors and there were still some glass ones around. The server closets were actual closets. The cubicles were very old. Exposed wiring.
