Its straightforward, it was a phone interview, the manager asked about your understanding about personal Care and safeguarding, also asked a scenario questions and what will you do in the case of emergency.

After I send my CV I got a call with basic questions : why I would like to be a carer, what experience I have and then they ask me to come for a face to face, sign in interview.

A long process wasn't fluent in giving the correct information about how long it would take. Very hard to keep in contact with unless they contacted first. Kept delaying the confirmation of me getting the job or not.
