Interview
An informal chat. Half way through it felt obvious they were just on the hunt for intel for my current work place. Didn't respond to any follow up emails which was distasteful and uncourteous.

Interview
The interview process was 2-stages, and I was made to feel comfortable throughout.
However, at the second stage I found the questions to be quite strange and it felt as if the CEO was unprepared for the interview, he often went off on a tangent that felt unrelated to the role and requirements.
I also experienced a lack of flexibility when discussing working culture and required hours/days, despite learning that some of the interviewers were on flexible hours themselves.
No feedback given when requested following interviews.

Interview
They emailed me asking if I would be interested in a GoogleHandouts interview. I confirmed with them the time and date. It was a quick interview, 15 minutes max. Two people were interviewing me. They were calm and easy going. There wasn't any tough questions, it was more getting to know me. If I advanced the next step would have been an in person interview. They never did get back to me for a second interview.
