Intensive interviews. Five interviews from start to finish. Meeting first with HR and finally with CEO. There were many interviews before the final meeting with the CEO and then another two weeks of waiting before the offer was made. I followed up with a thank-you email each time I interviewed and phone call follow-ups, too.
