Contract states an interest clause at 12% per annum for any delayed payments. XYZ was asked to pay duty. Why? When was the payment due? Customer paid with value date 15th Dec. how much interest was charged?

There are three phases, and at each stage, they do not send an email informing you that you have passed,instead, they call you, and their English is so miserable that I couldn't understand them.I asked them to send me an email at each level, but they did not. This is an unprofessional recruitment team, and my suggestion is to not waste your time with them.
