I applied in-person. I interviewed at Louis Vuitton
Interview
The interview process was a little long, but well worth it. It started with a phone interview with an HR representative, then a recruitment meeting with multiple representatives from the HR department. The recruitment meeting included a presentation about the company as well as two one-on-one interviews. Very comfortable, not intimidating. Although, the company is very selective in who they hire, and rightfully so. Louis Vuitton is the most valuable luxury company in the world, and they only choose the best people to become ambassadors for their stores.
Come prepared, enthusiastic, and informed. Be passionate about the brand.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Louis Vuitton in Mar 2026
Interview
I was contacted fairly quickly after submitting my application, which I really appreciated. The interview was with one of the store managers and the conversation focused heavily on customer service, client relationships, and client building. The manager was professional and made the interview feel comfortable and conversational. Overall it was a positive experience, and I am currently waiting to hear back regarding a second interview with the general manager.

Interview
Prepared thoroughly, executed confidently, and delivered what I believe was my strongest performance—yet I’ve heard nothing back from LV. An unexpected outcome, and honestly, quite intriguing and still no response.
