I applied online. I interviewed at Louis Vuitton (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
Got a phone call, went in for an in person interview. Very nice, offered the job. HR were great, same as manager that interview. Once you are in, they are not nice anymore. They made you do a written scenario, answer an hypothetical email, and do a phone log. This was considerably difficult. The interview was easy and nice.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to handle a difficult customer.
Prepared thoroughly, executed confidently, and delivered what I believe was my strongest performance—yet I’ve heard nothing back from LV. An unexpected outcome, and honestly, quite intriguing and still no response.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Louis Vuitton in Mar 2026
Interview
I was contacted fairly quickly after submitting my application, which I really appreciated. The interview was with one of the store managers and the conversation focused heavily on customer service, client relationships, and client building. The manager was professional and made the interview feel comfortable and conversational. Overall it was a positive experience, and I am currently waiting to hear back regarding a second interview with the general manager.
