The process took around 5 weeks. I was put through a video interview, head office interview then 2 further interviews with hiring managers.
I showed my ultimate passion for the brand and it’s value and was unsuccessful. I then found out they had hired a Chinese speaking candidate over me as I only speak English. They will judge you on your languages.

Prepared thoroughly, executed confidently, and delivered what I believe was my strongest performance—yet I’ve heard nothing back from LV. An unexpected outcome, and honestly, quite intriguing and still no response.

Interview
I was contacted fairly quickly after submitting my application, which I really appreciated. The interview was with one of the store managers and the conversation focused heavily on customer service, client relationships, and client building. The manager was professional and made the interview feel comfortable and conversational. Overall it was a positive experience, and I am currently waiting to hear back regarding a second interview with the general manager.
