Two rounds of interview, one on the phone and another in person. Both interviews were mainly focused on personality assessments in regards to how serious I was to work. The interviewers were both extremely pleasant.

They look for confident, well-presented candidates who are passionate about luxury fashion, communicate well, and can provide an exceptional shopping experience.

Erstes Interview ca. 45 Minuten findet online mit HR statt, typische HR Fragen über bisherige Erfahrungen, Ausbildung, etc. Zweiter Schritt war ein Gespräch mit zwei Teamleitern im Store in Genf, auch hier Fragen zu bisheriger Erfahrung und zur Passion und Motivation für den Job.
