I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lovely Pubs (Solihull, England) in Apr 2014

Interview

Handed in CV, trial shift was arranged and then got offered the job from there. It was then arranged when my shifts would be with the manager. I had one week to train up with other members of staff and was then left to my own devices. Pretty simple really.

Interview

Sat around having a chat about what I had done, all very informal. Once you got to the site you realised that what skills you had elsewhere weren’t needed and you could just get on with the job as long as you were trained correctly, but good luck with that!
