Lucid interview questions

Went through multiple rounds of interviews, multiple visits to the offices. Met with the person who would be my direct supervisor. Met with the CEO. Everything looked sunny until I was told it was the very last round, and then suddenly got a form letter email saying they weren’t continuing with my application. My references weren’t called. No explanation of why the process was shut down, after I’d spent almost 2 months in the application process, with multiple skills tests and hours of prep and interviewing. To say it was impersonal is an understatement.
