The interview process consisted of one group interview and one phone interview. First, we were invited to a 90-minute group interview: * We were asked to fill out a form providing information on our availability * We introduced ourselves with some background and a fun fact * We were given a sheet of 10 questions and were asked to prepare answers to 3 of them, which we then answered in front of the group * We were given scenarios for us to talk through both as a group and individually * We were given the opportunity to ask any questions that we had Then I was emailed, asking to arrange a 15-minute phone interview: * I was asked questions about my suitability for the role * I was asked questions on my availability

The interview was a virtual group interview on Google meet. It lasted about an hour and there were around 15 of us. We started by introducing ourselves and sharing a fun fact, we then broke off individually after selecting two questions from a list that we would like to answer, they gave us time to write out our answers off camera. We came back after about 5-10mins and took it in turns saying our answers and that concluded the interview process. - The interviewers were very kind and patient and made me feel very at ease throughout, they created a lovely, relaxed atmosphere that made the whole process feel like we were all just having a casual chat :)
