For an entry level position, I found this interview process quite lengthy. I only went through the beginning stages because earl on it was not seemingly like a good fit. However, the first interview was a 45 minute talk with HR only and wasn’t not very informative about the position. They were very vocal about searching for a certain personality fi for a small team. The questions were less geared toward technical ability and more “abstract” abilities to work within a team. At some points I was put off by their questions about my old company because it seemed like they were more interested in learning about that business than me.
