Interview process from start to finish took 1 month. In my opinion, it was extremely LONG. Over the course of the month, I did a 30 min phone interview with HR, 1 hour virtual interview with manager, 2+hr take home assignment, another 1 hr meeting with manager to discuss the assignment, then finally a 30min virtual call with the CFO. The total interview time (including the free work assignment) took at least 4-5 hrs. After going through all of those steps, I didn't get the job. Very frustrating - you would think they would have made their mind up by then. However they were very friendly and professional throughout the whole process.
