They are posting fake jobs in Linkedin and keep reposting them. I applied for Senior Staff Electrical Engineer in Minessota. I knew the company is in trouble and has no money and recently laid of a bunch of people but I wanted a temp job after my layoff in Michigan until I find something more stable in case the company dies. During the interviews I noticed something is off but I had no clue how far people would go to keep their job and obey their boss. I had HR screening and initial interview with two engineers, then panel interview with 5 more engineers. This job and other jobs are up in Linkedin for 6 months and keep being reposted. Linkedin should really crack down on these ghost jobs or some new job site would replace them soon. honestly if someday my boss force me to do a fake interview I would just call in sick. very unethical.
