The overall interview process is quite onerous, but understandably they try to ensure that whoever they hire is a really good fit for the relevant team and company overall. It starts with a brief screening interview/phone call with HR (Anthea de la Harpe, who is absolutely brilliant). This is followed by an interview with a hiring manager, then a panel interview , then a culture fit-type interview and finally an interview with the Global Head of Legal. The process was super quick overall, with excellent communication throughout and the HR liaison calls you after every stage to keep you updated on your progress and reassure you.
