Lutheran Medical Group interview questions

Passed along resume, was called in for an interview. Interviewed with two people and was called the day after with the offer of the position. I then went through a short 3 day training and had to pass tests in this training in order to keep the position. Once I passed them I was moved down to be trained by the current staff members in this particular position.
