Applied to position via job posting. Was emailed to set up a quick phone interview/screening within a couple of weeks. Had a good conversation with the interviewer, good description of the position and responsibilities, explained my qualifications and experience. Did not proceed after the phone interview/screening, as for them and myself did not seem like a good fit.
