Lynk & Co interview questions

I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience during the recruitment process at this company. The process began in December with an initial meeting with a senior leader, followed by promises to meet with other team members. However, things quickly became disorganized from there. After being invited to select an interview date, I chose the next available slot, but it was canceled at the last minute. Attempts to contact HR went unanswered. It wasn’t until I escalated the situation that I received a call to reschedule. When the interview was finally set, I showed up only to find out that the interview was not for the following week, as initially stated, but for the next month. After confirming with HR, she insisted that it was indeed the correct day. The interview itself was also poorly managed – the hiring manager was absent, and the HR representative gave me a very negative impression of the company, mentioning how overworked she was and how there was a lack of structure in the organization. Following this, I had another interview scheduled with the hiring manager, but after that, I heard absolutely nothing for over two months. No updates, no feedback, no communication whatsoever. In March, I finally received a rejection email, after being left in the dark for months. The entire process was extremely frustrating and unprofessional, and I would not recommend applying here unless you’re prepared to deal with an unreliable and disorganized recruitment process.
