Applied online and contacted by recruiter in a random call. Screen call went well even without my resume in front of me, since it was on the spot. The young recruiter didn’t know answers to basic benefits questions. Instead, she brushed it off and said that’s a good question for the hiring team (yeah right, do your job). She’s a girl with a high school mentality. Two video interviews over a 1.5 week period and weeks of waiting after. One with the hiring manager and an engineer, the other with same two employees and a third engineer. Hiring manager lied about being an Android developer in a goofy way during his introduction – how stupid and obvious. There’s not a cell in his body that has any competence, and that’s why the hard nosed engineer was there (to make him look good). The engineer was being weird in his earliest gotcha question, and just screwing around with me with obvious questions that are meant to be sarcastic. Two idiots on camera, whom know everything negative about me beforehand due to NOAA relaying past employment information, and they infuse it into these interviews. Hiring manager said we’ll see how your background check comes back and starts snickering and giggling, again, knowing my negative background from outside NOAA sources. Hiring manager also said I can only telework from inside the US, not abroad (again, teasing about my personal interests, from prior information that NOAA told them, and fusing it into the interview). I pressed on both of them with a raised voice and almost yelling answers since I knew they were playing around – it’s well deserved. Engineer asked why are all of my employments are so short – he knew the answer, he’s trying to be sly and confirms his idiotic mentality. He deserved my aggressive answers and tone. Very awkward pause for about 15-20 seconds of starring at each other on camera – weirdest experience by far. Very weird experience with these Lynker employees, and the added gotcha questions were just tacky and spineless. The only normal employee was the third engineer in the final interview, who showed obvious disgust on camera about working besides them. Figures, the worst behaved employee worked at Lynker the longest (nearly two decades) and thinks he’s a second boss. I sent personal text messages to a relative before that final interview, and ofcourse due to them surveillance me, the hiring manager has to infuse questions regarding installing communist Russian software onto the work computer – what stupid questioning and he is an older racist white person. Lynker has many communist foreigners, originally from those countries, as current employees supporting US agencies, so the geopolitical racism and hypocrisy is local to this hiring manager. HR woman lies about how the managers are finishing interviews and going through resumes. Few days later, the job description changed so they can fish for more resume submissions. All lies. These interviews were designed to be negative, hostile, to tease about my personal interests learned by NOAA via surveillance, and to bring back past personal and past negative-only NOAA employment events. Keep using surveillance in a destructive way NOAA, while ruining potential employment with your affiliate companies. Now read this review, get all emotional about it, and send me your emotional rejection or ghost forever (nothing new from NOAA).
