The company has a well established HR Department. Most of the hiring although was done by me as a Business Development Manager I was also in charge of Projects Development which involved turnkey project handling and a part of my job after having established the manpower requirements in the feasibility study conducted by me was to hire the needed staff. I used to travel to India, Nepal, Sri-Lanka, Bangladesh and Philippines. My main objective while hit\ring was to find how much the candidate has in him for future and not what he has achieved so far
