M Squared Lasers interview questions

The final interview was about some personal questions plus the technical questions. They asked the basic questions first, such as the working of a laser and the follow-up questions. Other things like the desirable working environment and attitude were checked.

3 stage interview. 1. General interview. 2. Presentation and problem questions. 3. Meet the team. All interviews were held remotely by teleconference. Arranged via recruitment agency. All in all very smooth and good to have a mix of competency questions and social/fit aspects.
