The process included developing a Markov Model based on some data they provided. They gave ample time to build it but asked to run loads of probabilistic and deterministic sensitivity analysis on it which was strange for an entry level position. After interviewing (which went really well) I was rejected on the grounds of being ""too highly qualified" as a recent graduate which was really strange. After following up and saying that I am happy to work as I dont think im overqualified for the role, I was told there were stronger candidates. Poor HR process of handling candidates

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at MAP Patient Access in Sep 2023

After a very lengthy process of having to build an entire economic model, then present this to Maciej and have a panel interview, I was told by the recruitment agency hired on behalf of MAP that they weren't hiring anyone for this role anymore after all. He was as stumped as me. Utterly unprofessional to waste people's time like that.

After a lot of emails were exchanged before the interview I was made aware of their budget for the role. I agreed to do the interview and this started with the salary discussion even if they already made me aware of it. The discussion was focusing on the fact that I have more experience than the person I will be reporting to, which seemed to be a problem for them. They have seen my CV before so not sure why interviewed me if they were looking for a junior consultant.
