Strangest interview process I’ve ever been through. Phone interview, then 2 1 hour in person interviews. Never interested in what type of person I am, only interested in my work experience/background. Got a thanks but not interested email 2 weeks later. Out of the blue 4 months later, I’m contacted to see if I was still interested in the position. Said yes but never heard back, and the HR person never returned the message I left 2 weeks later to inquire about the status. Strange and unprofessional, and look at their unprofitable financial results.

Extensive interview with at least 2 levels of management - Supervisors and managers. An hour long session with each interviewee. Supervisors are smart and knowledgable and ask very specific behavioral questions. Managers ask about past experiences.
