I applied through college or university. I interviewed at MBI
Interview
First was recruited through my university and had an interview there, then went to a second round on-site interview. Nothing unexpected, but it's a long day-- they pass you off rather quickly between various VPs. You should bring some water for your down time! Norwalk, CT is also rather inconvenient if you are traveling there to interview.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at MBI (Boston, MA) in Oct 2017
Interview
The first-round interview on campus was 30 minutes long and completely behavioral . The interviewer was very calm and chill, so the interview seemed relaxed and conversation style. I researched the company extensively and read through the entire website/Glassdoor to get a feel of what they were looking for and believed I fit in well with the company expectations. However, the questions were pretty standard and freeform and it was difficult to gauge their criteria. The company didn't even get back to me though, and I was never notified of my results so I assumed that I didn't advance to the next round. I only received a rejection when I personally emailed my interviewer over two weeks after the interview and asked about my candidacy. When I replied to my interviewer asking for feedback, she never responded to me.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at MBI in Oct 2014
Interview
I applied through online campus recruiting (sent over resume), a representative from MBI came to career services, had a basic preliminary interview (why are you interested in this job? what is your marketing experience? etc) and was supposed to hear back in a week. It's been over a month now and I have not heard back.
