MBNL interview questions

I had 2 face to face interviews, one with the HR Manager and Employee Experience Lead and one with the HR Manager and Director of People & HSQE. For the second interview, I was asked to do a presentation.

Straight forward Competency based Very good conversation Friendly Relaxed Good questions, nice people , 45 mins interview It’s better to have some snapshots ready as visual examples helped me a lot to explain my achievements in other organisations
