Very practical interview process. First contacted by HR in response to my application. Then a phone interview. Not a lot of general stuff. Their questions are focused on technical skills to test out your troubleshooting skills on some typical help desk issues like account access issues.

The interview process was okay, but I don't like that I was told in my interview how quickly they needed help, and then I heard nothing for 2 weeks. I interviewed through a 3rd party recruiter so I tried to respect the process and work through them. The only reason I got an answer was because I emailed the recruiter, who was gung-ho and thought I was the most experienced and best candidate and could start the following week. He asked for feedback, and they did not give him any.
