MDClone interview questions

I went through 6 interviews (phone, video, and in-person) over about 6 weeks. The process was very well organized by the HR recruiter, and I had a pleasant experience throughout. The interviews were professional and well-structured.

I had a screening interview scheduled, which was postponed due to an emergency and later rescheduled. The follow-up conversation included extended personal stories that felt unrelated to the role’s requirements. There was also a repeated comment about how smaller companies sometimes inflate job titles, which made me uncertain about the alignment between the role’s responsibilities and its title.
