MEDICAL NEUROGENETICS interview questions

I was contacted via email to come in for an on-site interview. I was interviewed by three people simultaneously, the interview itself lasting ~40 minutes. They asked me basic questions that my resume would have easily answered. One of the people who was apart of the panel of individuals interviewing me showed up late and asked me to repeat the answers to questions I had already discussed with the other individuals conducting the interview. He also did not turn off his cellphone which was distracting. He asked me about my research and said "I don't care what you actually did, I just want to know if you can explain it". His body language suggested he did not want to be there, which definitely had an negative impact on the interview. I have heard a lot of negative things about this company from people who previously worked there. This interview confirmed those observations.
