- first round: 1h interview with tech lead and a team member
- second round: coding task you can solve on your own time. You have a week to submit it, the time you have to spend on it is about 5 hours
- third round: informal chat with the CEO, no technical questions, just a get-to-know
I found the process efficient and centred around the applicant -- no first rounds with HR only and you get to know the team and the chance to ask them questions so you can decide if you find the job interesting enough to spend time on solving the coding challenge (unfortunately not normal when applying to start-ups).
