MINDS interview questions

HR shows no professionalism. Received a call on weekend to ask about my work experience, and current salary. Insisted on knowing my current salary even though MOM already said no need to reveal. Not up to date and not professional. And got upset when being too harsh. Did not even follow up with a said call, this shows how the organization is.

Got an interview date fast. The experience started bad with long waiting and got scolding and shouting from the security guard in school. Met the management who literally grilled me with many difficult & discriminating questions in my opinion. It made me wonder how/why did this kind of management get up there and managing the special needs children? No empathy but only high and mighty
