The interview process started off positive and felt professional. Communication was clear initially, and after the interview I was verbally offered the position over the phone a few weeks later.
After receiving the verbal offer, I sent two follow-ups that went unanswered. I only received an explanation after reaching out again more than two and a half weeks later. No written offer followed. The lack of timely communication after a verbal offer was disappointing and misleading. Overall, while the interview initially went well, receiving a verbal offer and then having the role withdrawn without timely follow-up created a negative candidate experience.
